The Facts of Sleepiness in the Daytime

Sleepy at eight PM even with an afternoon nap except when I do go to lie down to sleep I feels so relaxing usually lay down that sleep doesn't usually come right away..  with the window partly opened in the bedroom and breathing in fresh are it can rejuvenate me enough that soon I may go back to the computer.  Sometimes just having someone else talking in the room about their interests can bring tension so there needs to be a release so getting away from this person for a while helps.

The desire to do anything that I enjoyed just drops off and though sometimes I want to finish what I have been doing which had been interesting sleepiness seems to have the upper hand.  so the choice that I may be left with is either suffering with an uncontrollable exhaustion on just go lie down.

Update for My Brothers,Sisters and my Concerns

I haven't heard from Marilyn since she visited with me at the beginning of October and wanted to show me her blog.  It seems that her email address and blog are not working or lets say unavailable. so I am concerned that she is ok.

Alice has been doing night shifts as well as short day shifts in Calgary for her work.  She lets me know sometimes through email so I imagine she feels tired  often except that she walks a lot and cut out grain products since she has diabetes which I am sorry to hear.

Allan has separated from his wife for a few months now and seems to be doing not too bad,  Now that is two others besides me who have not got a relation. Robert is another and he works and lives not to far from Allan near Rocky Mountain House. Well I  do because of Merv though I thought it may end but now I am not sure.
I am not to sure what life has for me.  It seems that Facebook where I have centered my life around because of games and one specifically Chefville is not available. But then it may come back.  I think about the days ahead when the hard times will come and people will not be able to rely on conveniences of this life like electricity and  running water in the houses, as well as banks and vehicles to name a few.  Its some are calling a pole shift because the effects of a planet that has been around the sun sort of hidden since 1995 and its magnetic influence of our planet is changing things and one day it will cause the crust to shift perhaps up to a 40 to 90 degree shift and there will be extreme volcanoes and earthquakes in certain parts of the world. and tsunamis

I'd like my brothers and sisters as well as my own children to know about what is going to happen and that they can also prepare for it but there needs to be a right time to let them know and prepare if they desire to.

My visit with Rose went well.  She has an ability to talk  and is very expressive so what she told me I was quite interested.  She enjoys her large beautiful house and one son at home. Her husband Paul is gone on his job a lot.
As for Charlie and Garry they seem settled with their life styles and their wives in there nice surroundings and settled lives in  Creston and  Garry's home in central B.C.

Garry Chapman is married to Lynne and he lives around St George where he recently moved. works as a mechanic. His five children have grown up and three are married with grandkids

Me Eva Witte or Chapman as my maiden name. Worked at Walmart a couple of years ago  now living with Merv Trithardt. My Children are away from me as they are grown up. Three daughters Cheryl with four children and married to Bryan.  Sharon with Jesse and their son Jacob Then there is Aileen with Jeff and son Cameron and the son Richard  in living commonlaw with Cheryl

One daughter Janice is with a Helper Lindsay

Robert Chapman is divorced and now lives with brother Allan newar Rockymountainhouse Alberta
